This is a thread for people to share their favourite quotes and words of wisdom. I will start the ball rolling with this quote from the English classical scholar and poet, best known to the general public for his cycle of poems 'A Shropshire Lad' - Alfred Edward Housman. "Even when poetry has a meaning, as it usually has, it may be inadvisable to draw it out... Perfect understanding will sometimes almost extinguish pleasure." Now it is finally the time To say Arrivederci winter It was indeed a long Winter I was already getting sick Of the winter That never seem to ended Now finally my Father brough the spring today And I am very happy about that Also my Father brought back Home the birds that I was missing For a long time now At night time I live the windows Open so it can cool my house Because I have no air conditioning In my house And I been living in my house For a long time now Also I love the area I live in The birds wake me up With their song first thing in the morning I am already used to that
